Our Reception Manager is Anita Ryder.  She is supported by Lyn, Catherine, Anne, Linda, Sharon, Kate and Beryl.

  Our reception team are here to help you. They will arrange your appointments with the Doctors, Practice Nurses, and attached staff.  They will also deal with your prescriptions and routine enquiries.

Please do not be offended if they ask you a few questions to enable them to assess the urgency of your request.

They are sometimes very busy so please be patient in these circumstances. 

All of our staff are aware of the importance of confidentiality. Patients wishing to speak about confidential matters away from the reception desk, should ask the receptionist.
