If you have a specific complaint about the practice, a complaints procedure is followed and you will be fully informed of this through our practice manager
- Cancel appointments as soon as you no longer need them.
- Please let us know of any change of address or telephone number (especially ex-directory) so that we can contact you if necessary. This information will not be given to anyone else
- Please ensure the number on your house is clearly visible in case of visits
- Ensure the house is well lit if a late evening or night visit is needed
- Courteous behaviour to our staff, and members of the Primary Health Team
